The mission of this job is to manage the HAVI/McDonald’s relationship by supporting the Dir. of Sales for HAVI/McDonald’s. This includes maintaining current business while growing new business development opportunities.

JOB FUNCTIONS: Job functions include but are not limited to the following.

  • Must work within and adhere to the company’s core values of Integrity, Respect, Accountability, Relationships and Teamwork.
  • Customer facing, Forecasting, Graphics management, managing service platform based on business awards (inventory levels)
  • Liaison with GPI the Operation and Manufacturing facilities.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Provide support for AR team Finance.
  • Participate in meetings, discussions, and activities associated with new business developments.
  • Work closely with GPI R&D, Technical, and Operational associates to stay current with new capabilities at GPI that might be useful for Key Account.
  • Collaborate with customer to maintain service and quality standards
  • Plan and support Strategies to establish and maintain account relationships while meeting sales targets and delivering results.
  • Serve as back up to Key Account manager.




Required Skills



  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal). Command of excel spreadsheets and pivot tables.
  • High energy, enjoys problem solving and dealing with ambiguity
  • Time and project management skills
  • Self-Disciplined




  • General schedule is an 8-hour M-F assignment, however, employee must be willing to work alternate schedules occasionally; that may include early mornings, nights, and/or weekends and be punctual while doing so.
  • Occasional overnight travel to include flying, driving, riding or by rail.



  • Sitting or standing for extended periods of time up to 8-hours.

Required Experience


  • Customer Service
  • Sales, Operations, Manufacturing experience in the packaging industry preferred (? Maybe not required)



  • Four year degree preferred or; Packaging engineering degree.
