Title:  Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities including but not limited to:

  • Work safely to maintain and repair machinery in a manufacturing environment
  • Preventive maintenance and predictive maintenance
  • Trouble-shooting, repair and maintenance of state of the art lithographic printing machinery, die cutters, folder/gluers, and sheeter
  • Respond to and prioritize work orders

 


Required Skills

  • Modifying motor power control circuits
  • Reading and interpret schematics
  • Coordinating activities with operations
  • Writing and executing work orders
  • Strong working knowledge and trouble shooting ability in mechanical, electrical and electronics
  • Ability to work with a team and ability to work well within an industrial environment
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong Computer Skills and a familiarity with CMMS Systems

Required Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED is required
  • 2 years previous maintenance experience preferred
  • Experience with Servo systems such as Rockwell, Siemens, Lenze and Indramat
  • Good working knowledge of PLC and PLC controlled equipment is strongly preferred
  • Work any shift including rotating – may include some holidays
