Title:  Press Operator (Litho)

Shift: Overnight

Job Duties/ Responsibilities:

• Responsible for set-up and maintenance of the press
• Examine job order to determine quantity, stock specifications, color, and special printing instructions
• Examine printed copy to complete all necessary quality checks
• Make adjustments to feeder and delivery
• Remove and replace worn rollers and adjust pressure between rollers as needed
• Ensure quality and production standards are met
• Lead, give direction to, and help train press crew
• Complete end-of-shift reports and ensure accuracy of data entered into SAP
• Ensure information is communicated between shifts
• Meet production levels

Required Skills

Job Requirements/ Qualifications:

• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to understand technical written and verbal instructions
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to accurately distinguish color variation
• Ability to direct and mentor a team
• Must be able to work other shifts if needed and perform overtime work as required
• Solid verbal and communication skills

Frequent lifting (up to 40 pounds), bending and turning
