Title:  Printing/Sheeting Manager

Provides leadership to the Sheeting and Printing Departments, Supervisors, and Production teams and is a member of the Site Leadership team.

  • Provides leadership in Safety, Quality, and Productivity
  • Facilitates Department meetings
  • Clearly communicates goals and expectations to the departments
  • Provides consistent feedback to direct reports regarding safety, quality, and productivity
  • Collaborates with Production Control, Maintenance, and Quality to achieve goals
  • Ensures that departments maintain quality standards
  • Ensures that product quality, production efficiencies, and overall productivity meets or exceeds established standards
  • Provides assistance to the team in problem resolution
  • Works effectively with other department managers to resolve issues and coordinate efforts to achieve stated goals
  • Responsible for compliance with all facility food safety, food defense, and quality policies and procedures
  • Provides leadership in support of GPI’s Mission, Vision, and Core Values of Integrity, Respect, Accountability, Relationships, and Teamwork

Required Skills

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to present information to small and large groups
  • Leader with strong organizational skills and ability to motivate others
  • Quality conscious

Required Experience

  • 3 years leadership experience
  • 3 years experience with Offset Printing
  • Bachelors or Technical degree preferred
