The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for providing leadership in safety, quality, and productivity to warehouse employees on all shifts at the plant and off-site warehouse.

Primary Functions:

  • Ensures that raw materials coming in are distributed to production in a timely manner, and finished goods going out are loaded correctly and on time.
  • Identifies and resolves potential issues with deliveries and offers solutions while ensuring proper communication to team members.
  • Manages dock traffic and ensures all logistics suppliers follow company policies and procedures
  • Responsible for accuracy of inventory on hand. This includes completing cycle counts and running reports to identify and correct inventory discrepancies.
  • Communicates with Customer Service, GPI Transportation team and carriers to report any issues/changes to shipments and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Coordinates transfers between warehouses per production requests to ensure materials are on hand to meet production needs.
  • Prepares accurate inventory and material usage reports.
  • Displays work habits that set example for peers.



Required Skills

Required Experience

  • 2 years in leadership role
  • Previous warehouse experience preferred
  • Previous manufacturing experience preferred
