Job Description
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: .
- Assist Die Cutter Operator to safely run press
- Prep board and load into machine
- Maintain high quality product with minimal waste
- Move product on pallets with powered equipment
- Maintain tools and equipment
- Maintain good attendance
- Follow all company policies, procedures and guidelines as well as take actions that support teamwork, safety, and good housekeeping
- Operate powered equipment including lift trucks
- Know and abide by all Standard Operating Procedures
- Cross-train as assigned
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned
Required Skills
Job Requirements/ Qualifications:
- Strong mechanical aptitude/skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to understand technical written and verbal instructions
- Strong computer and math skills required
- Ability to accurately distinguish color variation
- Must be able to work other shifts if needed and perform overtime work as required
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Frequent lifting (up to 50 pounds), bending and turning
- Prior folding carton experience preferred
