- Responsible for compliance with all facility food safety, food defense, and quality policies and procedures including product safety (GMPs)/Sanitation policies and procedures.
- Must continually work to promote the orderliness and cleanliness of their work area in support of AIB/ SQF/5’s and other company standards.
- Must be supportive of GPI’s Mission, Vision, and Core Values (Integrity, Respect, Accountability, Relationships, and Teamwork).
- Must support on going activities aligning with LEAN, 5’s, Six Sigma and other Continuous Improvement programs and processes.
- Have considerable understanding of business processes and expectations to better support customer requirements and maximize delivery results that meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Display leadership courage as required to address and correct unacceptable behavior, performance, and conduct.
- Look to stop any process that is not meeting employee safety requirements, intervene and address as needed with employee, HSE and/or site leadership immediately
- Stop any process that does not meet food safety requirements.
- Maintain press curves
- Communicate with centralized prepress group to ensure scheduling needs are met and all work received is accurate and to specification
- Assist in interviewing processes as requested.
- Other duties as assigned.
