  • Must have 3-5 years of demonstrated mechanical and electrical skills or equivalent education
  • Must have 5-10 years of demonstrated mechanical and electrical skills in Industrial Maintenance or equivalent education
  • Must provide documentation for completion of formal training to include certifications for mechanical & electrical disciplines or a work history which supports equivalent experience
  • Advanced SAP or Equivalent CMMS Experience
  • Knowledgeable in printing and converting technologies a Plus
  • Multiple Equipment specific SME
  • Trainer Experience a Plus: (MX & OPS technicians on specific equipment)
  • Understanding of Reliability Engineering Fundamentals
  • Proficient understanding of PDM Methodologies
  • PdM Certifications a Plus
  • Multiple PLC/Drive Programming
  • Must demonstrate strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Microsoft Office, Outlook, Internet Research proficiency
  • Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, and Visio a Plus
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills
  • Good project management skills.
  • Able to Identify, Locate, Order, manage spare parts as needed
