JOB FUNCTION: Job functions include but are not limited to the following.

  • Develop, plan, storyboard, and produce video content based on departmental needs
  • Needs to be self-starter, be self-directed, take initiative to move forward with ideas, be committed and be able to work with and influence others.
  • Must learn quickly to analyze data.

Required Skills:


  • Pursuing a degree in Communications, Mass Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design, or other related fields. Will consider other engineering disciplines.

Key Competencies:

  • Experience in video camera operation
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, and related applications
  • Demonstrated ability to create high quality video content
  • Ability to plan, storyboard, and produce video content based on departmental needs
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills
