QUALITY ASSURANCE (Nights 7:00PM - 7:00AM)

  • $1500 Retention Bonus for New Hires and Qualifying Rehires
  • Starting At $18.94/Hour Plus an Extra $1/Hour Shift Differential for Night Shift
  • No Mandatory Overtime on Scheduled 48 Hour Work Weeks
  • Double Time Hourly Rate for Any Voluntary Overtime Exceeding 48 Hours/Work Week (40-48 Hours Paid Time 1.5X)
  • Benefits Start on the 1st Of the Month Following Your Start Date

Here’s What You Will Be Doing:

Safely perform quality control inspections, checks, and tests during the manufacturing of products.  Inspects materials, parts and products at all stages of production.  Records observations in database format and may make recommendations for improving processes.  Understand and align business operations through execution of the role, exceeding customer expectations and aligning with GPI business, cultural, financial and operational objectives. 

  • 12 Hour shifts working alternately (36) and (48) hour weeks. C/D shifts work from 7 pm to 7 am.
  • Performing essential functions of the job: standing for long periods, push/pull depending on job (heavy carts ^1900 pounds – 2-man job), Lifting up to 100 lbs. to a height of 3 ft. (2-person job), twisting, turning, bending, and working in hot and cold environments


  • Must be 18 years’ old
  • Quality experience in manufacturing of 1-2 years preferred
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a high paced and multi-task environment
  • Maintains positive team environment
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and is very detail oriented
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Experience with critical computer applications, including Microsoft Outlook, Access and Excel
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. to a height of 3 feet
  • Ability to push scrap carts of weight up to 100 lbs.
  • Ability to pass a visual color acuity test
