Warehouse Roll Clamp/Box Clamp Forklift Operators

  • $1500 Retention Bonus for New Hires and Qualifying Rehires
  • $19.24/Hour Progressing to $19.77/Hour after 6 months, Plus an Extra $1/Hour Shift Differential for Night Shift
  • No Mandatory Overtime on Scheduled 48 Hour Work Weeks
  • Double Time Hourly Rate for Any Voluntary Overtime Exceeding 48 Hours/Work Week (40-48 Hours Paid Time and A Half)
  • Benefits Start on the 1st Of the Month Following Your Start Date

 JOB SUMMARY: 

Unload and deliver materials necessary for manufacturing needs.  Duties also include recording and warehousing raw materials and in-process materials for future use, working in a safe manner, and obeying all safety rules.

 

Here’s What You Will Be Doing:

  • Properly document transactions between production and warehouse
  • Operate RF unit
  • Store all materials in accordance with designated storage patterns.
  • Consolidate product in warehouse to ensure proper room in warehouse
  • Unload, warehouse, and properly document any inbound shipments
  • Load and properly document between production and warehouse, as well as any outbound shipments
  • Shuttle materials required for production needs from outside warehouse
  • Operate PIT equipment, baler machines, and tape sealing machines
  • Fill propane tanks as assigned
  • Once qualified, instruct and train other operators
  • Fulfill overtime requirements as necessary to ensure production requirements are met

 

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Must be 18 years old
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Manufacturing experience, with minimum of 3 years of Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) experience (roll clamp and/or box clamp) required
  • Ability to complete job specific training for and essential functions of this job classification
  • Good depth perception
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain a positive team environment
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and highly detail oriented
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to follow verbal or written instructions
