Title: Quality Compliance Analyst

Job Description
- Manage customer complaints and the quality database.
- Communicate customer issues to management and the production teams on a daily basis.
- Supports management and hourly employees by providing guidelines for product safety programs (SQF, GMP, HACCP, Food Defense, etc).
- Conduct new hire orientation training for quality and product safety programs.
- Manage Roll Stock Rejection Database.
- Maintain Chain of Custody (COC) requirements for customers, shipments, yearly training, etc.
- Manages substandard product and raw materials (paperboard) determining what should be sold, reworked, or scrapped.
- Enter vendor complaints into system of record (SAP).
- Active participation in project requests from customers.
Required Skills
- Ability to tactfully direct work and correct employee behaviors.
- Ability to work independently and in a group.
- Superior time management, verbal, and written communication skills
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience with SAP and Minitab are a plus.
