Graphic Packaging is a leader in the packaging industry serving hundreds of the world's most well-known brands. Our St-Hyacinthe plant specializes in the production of folding cartons, mainly in the food, pharmaceutical and industrial sectors.
Do you like to make a difference through your leadership? Come join our team. We are looking for a HRBP Associate Manager. Here are your responsibilities in detail:
In summary, here's what you'll do with your time:
- Be an active member of the management committee and contribute significantly to the development of the company's human capital
- Play an advisory role to managers in the application of HR policies and programs, while acting as a coach in their personal development plan
- Actively participate in the development and implementation of HR programs and activities related to talent, performance, skills development and recognition management
- Acting as an agent of change
- Be responsible for the staffing process (office and factory positions) (posting, interview) and follow up on the integration of our new employees as well as the exit interview process
- Work with the union to maintain harmonious labour relations while ensuring compliance with and interpretation of the collective agreement
- Make sure to keep employees and managers informed about Graphic Packaging's policies, HR procedures, laws, standards and employment regulations.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor's degree in industrial relations or human resources management
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in an HR professional role
- Experience in a unionized manufacturing company
- Demonstrated knowledge of change management
- Knowledge of the Office 365 Suite
- Member of the Ordre CRHA (an asset)
- Bilingual French and English

Pay Range: $87,750.00 - $117,000.00
