Position: Unwind Helper - Laminator
Position Purpose: Assist in operating all assigned equipment by performing auxiliary equipment related assignments in a safe, efficient manner, aiding in job changeover preparation, and maintaining a good housekeeping program.
Job Functions:
- Able to complete Training Checklist.
- Observes Company safety rules and complies with safety practices.
- Ensures that product quality, production efficiencies, and scrap rates meet or exceed established standards.
- Assists in operation of assigned equipment.
- Participates in job changeover preparation for all assigned equipment.
- Performs general housekeeping functions in assigned areas.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the operator, supervisor, or the Converting Manager.
Knowledge and Background Requirements
- High School Diploma/Equivalent required, with 0 to 2 years experience.
- Able to operate industrial machines and equipment.
Physical/Mental Requirements
- Constantly exposed to adverse conditions such as dust, noise, fumes, poor lighting, or heavy machinery/equipment.
- Frequent/strenuous physical effort (lifting, moving heavy objects, etc.) required.
