The Lid Line Packer has three main functions; quality control, HACCP, and packing lids into boxes for shipment. The employee will achieve quality control by two means. The first by observation of the product and reporting any production difficulties to the Lid Line Operator. The second by performing a variety of quality control tests/checks every hour beginning at the start of the shift and continuing throughout the work shift. Comply with all safety standards. Remain focused on safety throughout the shift and perform all work in a safe manner without taking shortcuts. Report injuries immediately to your supervisor and any potential safety hazards observed. Comply with all quality standards. Produce quality product by not accepting defective material into work center, not making defective products at work station, not passing defects to internal customers and by reporting potential quality issues. Comply with all sanitation standards. Practice good sanitation and housekeeping practicing to maintain the appearance and condition of the operating facility.

Pay Range: $19.71-$22.84
