POSITION SCOPE:
This position supports the centralized Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable team within the Global Business Services (GBS) organization by delivering analysis and reporting on working capital, cash flow, and other key financial drivers. The role focuses on developing a strong working knowledge of end-to-end P2P and O2C processes and understanding how these functions impact overall business performance as well as GBS operations.
The analyst is responsible for extracting, validating, and analyzing data from multiple systems, including TM1, Esker on Demand, HighRadius, Concur, and various ERP platforms, to support forecasting, reporting, and business insights. This role requires attention to detail, analytical rigor, and the ability to translate data into clear, actionable outputs.
In addition, the position emphasizes continuous learning and application of new tools and technologies. The analyst is expected to build foundational knowledge of data analytics, automation, and emerging capabilities such as artificial intelligence, and apply these tools to improve data quality, enhance forecasting accuracy, and increase efficiency in reporting processes.
The ideal candidate demonstrates curiosity, a willingness to learn, and the ability to apply evolving technical and business knowledge to support decision-making and drive incremental improvements across financial operations.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain a working knowledge of end-to-end Procure to Pay (P2P) and Order to Cash (O2C) processes, including how these functions impact GBS operations, working capital and cash flow performance.
- Prepare and deliver regular analyses and reports on working capital, cash flow, and other key financial metrics to support business decision-making.
- Support forecasting and KPI tracking by analyzing trends, identifying variances, and providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with AP/AR teams and cross-functional partners to understand business drivers, improve data transparency, and enhance end-to-end processes.
- Apply analytical thinking to identify inefficiencies, data gaps, or process improvement opportunities
- Build and continuously strengthen technical skills in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, BI tools, financial systems).
- Leverage emerging technologies—such as automation tools, advanced analytics, and artificial intelligence—to improve data processing, enhance forecast accuracy, and streamline reporting activities.
- Demonstrate a continuous learning mindset by expanding knowledge of financial systems, digital tools, and industry best practices.
- Support ad-hoc analysis and special projects to drive operational improvements and inform strategic initiatives.
POSITION SPECIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Three-six years of progressively more responsible experience in Accounts Payable, Account Receivable and/or fiscal management
- SAP experience is a plus
- Experience leading and working in a diverse, changing, and growing business environment
- Demonstrate knowledge of the theory, methods, principles, and practices of accounting management
- Understanding of GAAP
- Excellent analytical skills

Pay Range: $60,100.00 - $80,100.00
