Key responsibilites:
- Responsible for producing, inspecting and shipping products.
- As part of a team, work to maximize productivity and efficiencies.
- Inspect unfolded/folded cartons prior to feed to identify any defects.
- Maintains feed section of gluer by placing product to be glued into feed in orderly manner.
- Monitors feeds to detect machine jams/malfunctions.
- Performs visual quality inspections of folded/glued cartons.
- Maintains work area in an organized and neat fashion.
- Communicates effectively with supervisors/team lead and equipment or packaging problems.
- Other duties as assigned and required.
Safety:
- Support GPI safety programs and training.
- Maintains safe and healthy work environment by follwing standards and procedures, complying with legal codes and regulations, and company polocies.
