Inspired Packaging. A World of Difference.

The Finishing Assistant is an integral part of the production process.  Duties involve working in a fast-paced manufacting environment, while ensuring customer expectations are met or exceeded, in a 24/7 production facility.


  • Responsible for producting, inspecting and shipping products
  • As part of a team, work to maximize productivity and effciencies
  • Inspect unfolded/folded cartons prior to feeding to identify any defects
  • Maintains feed section of gluer by placing product to be glued into feed in an orderly manner
  • Monitors feeds to detect machine jams/malfunctions
  • Performs visual quality inspections of folded/glued cartons
  • Maintains work area in an organized and neat fashion
  • Communicates effectively with manager/lead hand, any equipment or packaging problems
  • Supports GPI safety and training programs
  • Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures, complying with legal codes and regulations, and company policies
  • Other duties as assigned and required
