Production Assistants are an integral part of the production process. Individuals must understand and align business operations as he/she executes their role to exceed customer expectations and align with GPI business, cultural, financial and operational objectives.


JOB FUNCTIONS: Job functions include, but are not limited to the following.

  • Responsible for producing, inspecting, and shipping products.
  • Future growth and development is part of our culture.  We are looking for individuals looking to grow within the team.
  • Working as part of a team to maximize productivity and efficiency in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to learn new tasks
  • Repetitive work
  • Standing for long periods of time
  • Follow all safety and company rules and requirements
  • Other duties as assigned.



  • Manufacturing experience strongly preferred.



  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.



  • General schedules are 8 and/or 12-hour rotating shifts. Employees work alternate schedules including early mornings, nights, and/or weekends and be punctual while doing so.



  • Standing for extended periods.
  • Awkward and/or repetitive movements.
  • Lifting 10-20lbs.
  • Reading computer screen or other electronic devices.
  • Use of various hand and electrical tools and equipment.
  • Work in areas of fluctuating temperature.
